Giovanni Viglino

Giovanni is a PhD student in International and European Law at Bocconi University. His research project focuses on how third parties’ interests can be effectively protected in (allegedly) bilateral investment disputes. His research interests include international investment law, public international law, international economic law, international arbitration and international dispute settlement in general, with a particular emphasis on the interface between the public and private sectors.
